Director of Network Services
Are you passionate about improving behavioral health systems and building strong community partnerships? Region I Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a dynamic full Director of Network Services to lead our efforts in creating a coordinated, high-quality behavioral health network. This role is to drive collaboration to bring together a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives within the behavioral health system. The Director Network of Services manages contracts with area behavioral health providers and takes the lead in system planning, coordination, and monitoring. Responsibilities also include conducting annual audits of network providers and providing leadership to ensure compliance and quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and self-motivation are key qualities for success in this position. Applicants should possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and be comfortable in facilitating meetings both in person and virtually, as well as engaging in public speaking. Tech-savvy with strong MS Office computer skills are required.
A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience in human services will be considered. Additional requirements include a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a good driving record. Extensive background checks will be conducted.
